Please note that all deposit payments are securely processed through a trusted third party, PayPal, to ensure your transaction’s safety and peace of mind. Due to PayPal’s service fees, an extra charge of 7% will be applied to the deposit amount.

Receive your reservation invoice: After submitting your ID, you will receive an invoice for your reservation.
Make a deposit payment:
Deposit amount ranges between 10% to 30% of the total payment, depending on the type of boat you choose.
Deposit payments must be made to komodotourguide@gmail.com via PayPal.
When making the payment, please select “Goods and Services” as the payment type to ensure flexibility in case of refunds.
Reservation confirmation: Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed.
Final payment: The remaining balance will be collected on the tour day at our meeting point office.
Pre-tour information: Please provide us with your hostel or accommodation details at least one day before the tour (earlier if possible). We will arrange to pick you up directly from your hostel and bring you to the meeting point.
More than 15 days before the tour: Full refund of the deposit minus PayPal administrative fees.
Between 7 and 15 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit minus PayPal fees.
Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
In cases where cancellation is due to our issues, such as sudden engine failure or bad weather, we will do our best to find alternative boats with the same schedule for you. You are free to choose whether to join the alternative tour or cancel your booking. If you choose to cancel under these circumstances, a 100% refund will be provided.
